PM not generating an email

On Monday June 29th I started a thread in the Firearms Accessories Forum. Almost immediately I got a PM.
I did not receive an email to my email address.
Got quite a few more PM's that night and the next day and still no emails generated. I have the box checked to receive an email when I get a PM and my email listed is correct. I was receiving emails previously.
Do you know if there is an issue with CG?
Any help would be appreciated.

check your subscription. if i start a thread i want to get notification, i usually select instant. it's worked on some threads i started (question) and wanted to see answers.



else if i think a topic is interesting and click use thread tools -> subscribe, i may do the same. or i just subscribe w/o notification so i shows in my subscription. this is the method i use mostly vs. posting "tagged" and then searching for my post later.
