    Public area Displays for club?

The private club I work for has a multitude of message boards. One for minutes, agendas and reports. A collage of event posters and notices take up another board. There is a boat for sale board, and more. I was asked to look into replacing them with digital displays and am not really sure where to look. Direct power is available at all sites, wifi at all sites, but is there a good way to create such a message board for a club?

Example: Is it possible to have all the committees and board minutes on separate icons someone could walk up too, touch the screen, and see the related minutes then have it resort back to the original screen?

So you want a McD's ordering screen for members to view information?

Are there not companies that do this?
