This popped up on my hp laptop a few days ago and I can't get rid of it, any idea how to get rid of this? Not real computer savvy, I believe its Win 10 not sure what else I might need to provide thanks in advance.

Look for an icon on the task bar. Hit the ^ on the bottom right near the time. Pick an icon and right click and exit. Keep going till you find it. Start the task manager and click the start up tap. Disable it there so it doesn't start next start up.
