Posting Youtube URL's

I'm new here and I see others posting Youtube URL's that show the metadata/thumbnails. I've tried the scrubbed versions in the "share" area and the longer URL. Neither shows the metadata.

What is the issue?
Using Chrome on Windows 10 desktop.
Thanks in advance, because nobody likes links they can't see a thumbnail of.

If you go to YouTube and go to the video and right click on the video itself, you'll see a couple of options, one being to "copy embedded code." All you'll have to do is just paste it in your forum post!

Just put the video ID between youtube tags.

Like this:

[ youtube]CUvFeyGxaaU[/ youtube]

I right clicked it, copy pasted...nope. No go!

Just put the video ID between youtube tags.
