    I need help designing a website to take down my HOA

    I need a simple website, a one page website. I basically need a petition and have the info emailed to me once they filled it out. I'm trying to remove HOA board members.

    is there anyone here can help me?

      Instead of creating a whole website, why not just create an online petition?

      Use something like https://www.change.org/

                              You can accomplish everything you want for free with google forms and send a link you to anyone you want via email. You can make the form viewable publicly or invite only and the results will be tallied for you in real time. No need to spend money buying a domain and building a website.

                                          Did you tried wix.com or Weebly.com

                                          They are simple to created and modify. And if you don't mind their logo and name in URL, it is free to create a website.
