Event 4614 question in Win 7.

What does the below warning mean in simple English? I did the Google bit but not much help.

First time I've had this pop up in the Event Viewer. (Win 7).

Resources are okay; I seldom go over 30%.

The COM+ Event System detected an inconsistency in its internal state. The assertion "g_hMaxCommitEvent != 0" failed at line 43 of d:\w7rtm\com\complus\src\events\tier2\notify.cpp. This warning may be expected if the computer is low on resources. If the computer is not low on resources, and these warnings persist, it may indicate a problem in the COM+ Event System.

    Two things:

    1. Did you install anything new on your system?
    2. Do you have all service packs and updates for Win 7 installed?

Nothing new added in a couple of years or more and all service packs installed.

Note: Adobe Acrobat Reader updated automatically yesterday AM.

Everything seems to be running normal.

        Ignore it, unless it recurres.

You'll be ok. You're never going to get rid of all the event warnings in Windows, even in a system that is operating perfectly.

                Priorities.

Medications and other obligations take precedence over the "new and bestest" unless someone wants to fund a new sys.

What does the system reliability monitor say? There may be more clues there
