So, I found a program called Smart Switch from Samsung that is supposed to transfer contacts etc. I installed it on my laptop running Win10 but when I get into the process, get a prompt saying Outlook isn't installed on my laptop. Looked on the Windows Store and they want $130 for Outlook - WTF?

I found reference to using a CSV file to transfer contacts but I don't know what I'm doing - seriously could use some help here

Android to Android probably but not my pos Windows Phone. I thrashed around for hours and finally figured out how to do it via Google contacts via a V file or something. Thanks for trying to help.
