I would ask the bank to stop any charges on that checking account and then go into paypal and take it off the account. If that isn't possible, ask your bank to change your account number.

Apparently there are still some rational people left in this world. Was able to re-submit my dispute and actually got someone that actually looked into it rather than rubber stamping a denial. Agreed it was a fraudulent post and refunded all money back.
