I use QuickBooks online, I can do expense tracking/bookkeeping/invoicing/etc. all from the app.

They have a self-employed version that's free to use.

Also, if you're doing expense tracking for something like vehicle miles, there are apps geared towards that (I've used TripLog) that also generally have provisions for receipt uploads, notes, etc.
