When you are emulating fun, what gamepads do YOU use?

Found a set of 2-'Trollers that connect to 1 USB dongle for ease of setup, after some issues with prior gamepads not working any more (USB, and Bluetooth) for about $16.

    What are your kids(?) using?

I don't play games that much, but sometimes the family and I play things...

I have a couple of Logitech F310 pads if I want something quick and easy. But years ago I bought one of these:

Lets you use the original controllers with emulators, which gives you many more options and a true authentic experience. This product actually started more than 10 years ago and I had an early version which was just PCBs when the guy used to glue the female controller ports into Styrofoam blocks. We were both members of a retro gaming torrent community which is no longer around. Now it's in a nice 4-player plastic housing. Works very well and I highly recommend getting one. I'm going to order another one as a backup because I wouldn't be surprised if it's not available for much longer. It's a very niche market and I'm sure sales aren't very high, which means they probably just barely offset production costs.

I just realized I have a Dell Optiplex 390 with HDMI sitting in my closet, with an i3-2120 in her.

Time to drop a SSD I also have sitting around in her, and since she has a Windows 7 code on the side, time to upgrade my 2GB Windows 7 MiniPC to this Optiplex... and maybe use the MiniPC for my Linux box (from the Linux running on a Thin client currently).
