The 'safe site' lock in my header unlocks when going to CG. Other sites are fine. Any suggestions? Did i get bugged?

You can factory reset most browsers to default settings, but you will lose saved passwords, history, add-ins, and the like... -
my header has a red triangle, and says the site is not secure.
