Try using http instead of https when putting in the url. I've had that problem before.

I keep getting an error saying there was problems with the deal details. I've been trying for over a month and have messages multiple mods. No luck so far.

Bummed because I had a positive experience with a new calgunnner with 0 feedback. I would like to get him the positive feedback he deserves.
