Boycott Facebook. Why let them monitize your profile.

I Quit 2Facebook a long time ago. Great decision, facebook is a waste of life and is just there to devide people by pissing everyone off. I think the country would be much better off without it.

I believe the latest purge we are seeing in the mass media and social networks like Facebook (which I never use myself) and YouTube is at least partly if not fully about controlling future elections.

They think if they can block or sensor or a whole segment of the population the candidates they don't like will get less votes.

I reported a Democratic group that posted a poll on FB yesterday. You click the link and it is really a site to donate money. That is deceptive advertising and a violation of FB rules.

You can't fire me, I quit! I left FB a few months ago with no regrets, so they can do anything they want and I'm unaffected. Let the free market develop an alternative.

I quit facebook for about 2 years, but I finally came back. But I avoid all the weird stuff, I don't "follow" or "like" anything ever, and I'm only connected to people I've actually met, so friends and family only. I never click on any link ever. I can see pictures of my new niece, and comment about actual family events, that's all the stuff I need it for. Anybody that posts never ending junk re-posts and memes gets un-followed (sorry Grandma). I check it maybe once or twice a week and I do not have the app on my phone. It's a good balance for me.
