Something similar to ITunes for Samsung Android

I'm trying to organize my music, Playlist, etc to be used for my Android Galaxy. I currently use iTunes to organize my ipods for Playlist.

I've tried Kies and another similar program but both doesn't quite have the reliability, options, and ease of iTunes. I have kies 3, which doesn't seem to have the Playlist option from what I seen of kies 2.6.

Is there any other programs, preferably free since I don't want to pay for a program n find out it's not exactly what I need, that would be similar to ITunes?

Also, I tried different methods, researching through Google, on how to transfer my iTunes Playlist into my Samsung galaxy 8. But none of them seem to work. Any one know any other tricks to transfer iTunes Playlist into my Samsung phone?

I used iSyncr, iTunes to Android.

Doubletwist works. Interface looks like iTunes (or at least it used to).
