Upgrade to W10 is Slow

W-10 should run fine but the Core 3 is slow. Did you do a clean install or upgrade over W8? Clean install would be preferable.

4gb of ram and an old hard drive will slow things down. if you did a clean install it would help.

This^^^ However, an i3 is more than fast enough for Windows 10. Add 4 more GB/Ram, and you'll be fine.

I have Win10pro, running on a Core2Duo (2.2ghz Merom processor), with 8gb/Ram, and a 500gb/7200rpm HDD. Runs great!
