I gave up Facebook completely a few months back and it has been awesome! So much less wasted time and I am much happier. Facebook just creates stress. Free yourself.

I've never had a facebook account. However, I work with computers every day, and apparently, starting to branch out as a "Help desk", I can't "shut down" for a day.
