        My Brother laser printer would do the same thing. The firmware update fixed it.

            It prints Brothers. Currently waiting for the "Hot Sister" model to come out.

            Seriously though, Check settings, update driver and firmware. If that doesn't work, hard wire it. Wireless printers do suck.

            As much as I love Win 8.1, it sux with wireless printers, and certain Wi-Fi cards.
