Don't remember his YT channel, but he was the guy from Georgia who pretended to be Russian...someone will remember, famous channel, he got busted for something

ANYWAYS - didn't he do a video with a quad that had a FA gun onboard, and shot up some cars?

the channel was FPSRussia, he recently got busted in August 2017 for possession of MJ with intent to sell. and in 2013 the ATF raided his home (due to explosives use on YouTube)

the video you speak of was a publicity stunt for one of the Call of Duty games, the weaponized drone was CGI.

that being said, it would be pretty easy to weaponize a large "heavy lift" quad (there are home built quads that can lift a full keg of beer in existence) with a box magazine fed semi automatic rifle. would be easy for a skilled modeler to rig up a servo actuated trigger pull mechanism, build a PTZ stabilized gimbal to mount the gun on, and add an additional camera and controls for the gun so a "gunner" can operate the rifle while the "Pilot" flies the drone.
