I tried downloading my albums on PhotoBucket (paid member since 2006) as I don't like their service - never have (servers are too slow and interface is clunky). My subscription ends in three days so I wanted to d/l the files and move them to ANY other photo storage service.
But...the option to do so was eliminated from my account. Contacted customer service and they said that feature gets disabled 5-7 days before a subscription gets renewed (i.e. your files are in PB jail until you make "bail"); which is BS because if my subscription is paid in full up until renewal, I should have that feature available to me.
Long story short, I found a Chrome extension for two bucks that allowed me to d/l several gigabytes of photos/videos.
Photobucket can stick it where the sun don't shine.
Now,..besides Flickr or Google, any recommendation where I can upload these files? Just want a solid photo sharing/storage service that's user friendly.
