I would highly recommend adding an SSD, even if only a small one just for your Operating system so you will have very short load times and a snappy feeling pc. You should be able to get a good 120GB SSD for about $50 on amazon. And SO worth the $50. Deciding on all the components for a PC build is the only thing more difficult than deciding on all the features for your AR build.

I recommend at least a 250 GB SSD even for OS only install. Gives a bit of breathing room.

I just sent my tower back to Hewlett-Packard for the same problem the second time while under warranty.
Their customer service doesn’t know what they’re talking about and apparently neither does their repair section.
I spent several hours on the phone Trying separate electronic fixes before I could get it sent in for repair.
They said they duplicated the problem and fixed it and it came back doing the same thing.

Pick a company with good warranty and service.

There are a lot of good deals on the Dell outlet. They throw out coupon codes too on their Twitter feed. I have purchased 4-5 Dell desktops, a laptop, and 2 Alienware Gaming rigs via the outlet over the years with no complaints.

Every single one was a refurb or scratch and dent. Not one of them ever had any signs of use or damage, period.
