anyone familiar with remote security cameras

I just got a nice little side project, I am hired to bust illegal parking in a private parking lot near my house. I need a remote camera system probably via cell. Anyone make suggestions, which system to get?

Do you have power and wifi at that location? Or at any location near/next to your primary lot that you can set as overview?

any of the new WifI cameras should work.

Ring or Nest are probably the easiest, especially if you already have one of those products.

Even without power, and just WiFi, you can power these by those cellphone powerbanks.

there is power and wi fi and a 2 story building, parking lot about 60'x150'. Figure the safest place for a camera would be on 2nd floor where it couldn't be tampered with. Drawback to that is I doubt ring or nest would work with such a long range.

Great cameras. Yi Home application works on iOS, Android, and PC/Mac. Cameras also have on-device storage via microSD Card, so you can have the backup footage.

I have a Reolink system, not this camera. If you have wifi it will stream to your phone via an app.
I do use their app and it works very well.
