Ring doorbell 2 offline?

I've had to reset my network5 times now because it keeps going offline. The floodlight one is working perfect. Anyone have experience with this?

Have you tried calling their support line? From my experience they answer fairly quickly and are very helpful.

I had a bunch of false motions and false rings. I received a call from CS that confirmed the same. Had a new one delivered free of charge

I did call today after exhausting all my skills in troubleshooting. They were very nice, updated my system firmware thing and are sending me a chime pro thing to help with signal. Doorbell still only works for like 2 hours before going crazy until I reset it.
