Does it support full LTE speeds on your provider, and is it Android rather than iPhruity OS(u)X (as android doesn't require real name and CC#, or does Apple not require that, even for iCloud, or warranty since warranty is goes only through them, all tied in)?

Sounds like a Win-win, if that is the case.
