Adobe announces the end of Flash

Adobe has announced they will end updates and support for their Flash Player by 2020. Thank goodness this horrible mess is finally going away. Endless security patches and crashes won't be missed. I uninstalled Flash a while ago, but still sick of sites that require it.

Steve Jobs would be thrilled -- Adobe will pull the plug on Flash by 2020

Good riddance

And yes, Java JRE is a freaking joke too. But a lot of enterprise software depends on it, so not going away anytime soon - sadly.
