Looks like Microsoft did a major update. Mine shows version 1703 build 15063.413 (Win 10 home). Oddly it applied to both my dell machines - one desktop tower and one laptop. The desktop seem to work fine; no issues. The laptop has a hard time coming back from just being idle. i.e. screen freezes, windows don't propagate correctly, etc. cntl-alt-del works just fine and I can see how many windows and what app are open via alt-tab.
I have to restart to make it work. Tower doesn't have this issue though. Wonder if it's that time of the year I have to do a a fresh install again?
Intel and Nvidia drivers updated after the upgrade too. Thought it's be a video thing since the screen is not refreshing correctly. I use dual monitors.
The *only* good thing about this update is it fixed this 1 yr old issue I had. I can actually play full screen in youtube w/o having to disable the intel card from device manager.
