    LCD replacement on Note 3

I sat on my Note 3. Loved the phone, LCD is DOA. The gorilla glass is OK, the glass under it is cracked. Phone comes on fine, but I cannot tell if anything else is damaged.

I see "OEM" LCD screens on ebay for $100. Anyone have any experience changing these out?

Would really like to not have to get a new phone. I really like mine.

Look at this video to see if you are up to the challenge of changing the screen.

Its not very hard. Usually just a small screwdriver, tweezers and credit card is needed to pry the componenents apart.

Ive replaced headphone jacks but never an LCD. Your phone looks like it has a few more components than mine but if youre tech savy it should be no problem.

If not go to the mall and find a shop thatll do it fo you.

Hey, thanks for that. I have rebuilt a couple of laptops, and built a couple of towers. I think I can manage that.
