How the hell do you get hold of playstation vue support?

Thought I would cut the cord this week.
I compared the other guys and like ps vue lineup and features and price.

So I am ready to sign up for free trial.

But wait..there faq says cc billing zip must match home zip where your service is .They lock you out if they detect no match in location.

That is a problem as my mailing and billing is at my business and I wont change that.

Well I will ask playstation if there is a way...

Ill just email them...nope..they dont do email.
Ill call...eternal hold.....I gave up.

Oh they have chat..great...oh ..you cant chat unless you log in with your ps # that you dont have yet ...
I dont do twitter but that was the only thing left so i signed up for twitter and asked.
No answer..

Does anyone know how to ask these arseholes a simple question?

I cant be the only person that uses a cc with a billing zip from their business address to pay for service at home...
