    Awful customer service from Asus

    Be warned of any people who own Asus products, I tried fixing my girls tablet laptop by turning it in for warranty work, and Asus customer service is non-existant, and if the chance you do get a hold, utterly arrogant and rude. They gave me a run around how the laptop had no warranty (basically bull***ing me), when it certainly did via her receipt and registration (she bought it 7 months ago).

    it is really strange. I just had few months back my son's ASUS on warranty sent to repair. Their support answered right away and we got the laptop repaired back within a week. Later we had few calls regarding ASUS phones and support replied fast as well.

      I also had a very good experience with them this week with an All-in-One return for warranty. Sorry you had issues OP.

        My issue with Asus is it is pretty hard to get ahold of anyone and if you do, it's someone in India. That being said, they did stand by their products. In general, I found it was easier to send in an email and wait the day or two for a response rather than trying to get anyone on the phone.

          Asus is hit and miss...personally I pretty much stick to their Motherboards and that's it.

          When you get a ****ty Asus product, you can rest assured they will likely ignore the problem.

            asus is an awesome company. i buy their tablets, motherboards, video cards, etc. i have only needed support a handful of times in over 10 years of buying their equipment. the support is tough to handle but thats why i buy extended warranties.
