    Mac CNTL-ALT-Delete Equivalent?

Is there a cntl-alt-delete equivalent for the Mac? Mine froze the other day for some reason and it made me wonder if such a command exists for the mac.

    Thanks!

      Hold down the power button.

If not frozen, but just spinning beach ball of death, attempt a force quit and attempt to close the app which has gone crazy.

Just put Linux on an old PC if you want to learn something.

It will be more useful than a Mac, unless one does graphic design. and we all know graphic design ninjas are "Werther's hard candy" of any department...
