I have Windoz 7 on a Lenovo laptop (ideapad Y530) just for programming Ham Radios.

Need a new battery, whats the best online source for a quality battery and maximum runtime ?

We just bought a replacement battery for one of our Macbook Air laptops from OWC. Seemed like a good price and shipping was fast. Don't know if they sell non-mac batteries.

Ebay. No, seriously. I buy all my laptop batteries off Ebay. No problems yet. I've purchased maybe 24-25 batteries. All have been good so far.

I think amazon is the best online source to buy Lenovo ideapad Y530 battery at very reasonable prices.

(You CAN get batts that last less than a year, but most people ALWAYS use their notebook on battery until it dies, so there is no logic for those people.

The more drain during use of Lithium Ion batts, the sorter their life.

Look for Genuine OEM, if you can afford it... if not you can crap-shoot, but there are some good 3rd party brands, but you would have to research, no just choose some China knock-off.
