Can't get Yahoo email on iPhone

Aaak!

Suddenly I can't get my Yahoo email on my iphone 6+.

Using the correct username, password and other details, but it now comes back with a message saying I am using the wrong password. Just to check again to ensure I have the info correct, I opened a browser I never use for Yahoo and logged in from scratch - yes all the information is correct and accurate - it just won't work using my iPhone mail.

Deleted the account on the phone and entered all the information from scratch. Still no joy.

I am ready to pull my hair out.

Any suggestions?

Apparently the issue is Yahoo. According to Yahoo the iPhone built-in email app is no longer deemed secure enough for them.
