Hello there, I'm trying to set up a second monitor for my son who is starting the new school year. Any ideas on a monitor around $100 that is compatible with Apple . Thanks in advance

Try checking Apple cinema online. I think they have a 20-inch which is around $100."We don't rise to the level of our expectations, we fall to the level of our training."

Assuming a late model iMac, you'll need a mini-display > HDMI (or DVI) to connect to the new display. I'd get a display with HDMI and higher than 1920 x 1200 resolution for longevity. The higher resolution will still appeal for far longer than a standard HD display will. Dell makes very nice displays that are fully compatible.NRA Certified Instructor: Basic Pistol ShootingComment
