You dont need to upgrade video cards everytime. Buy one and stick with it. Unless you want to achieve a higher graphics setting then yes you do need to upgrade.

Buy PC games from G2A. They go down 50-60% after 2-3 months. Oh yeah steam sales and slickdeals.. During steam sales games goes down to 2-3 bucks.

The time it takes before having to upgrade parts is quite a while... I had a 660gtx for about 5 years. And when I needed the upgrade nothing else was really needed... It's understandable if you don't care for performance in video games but... You could at least admit PCs is where it's at for the absolute best experience in any video game purchase.
