Quite a number of emulators run on a Raspberry Pi3, pretty much everything before the gamecube. Where you get the ROMs will be up to you. They even have USB NES controllers too!Comment

Yep, I built one of these Super RetroPads using the RetroKit
Add a USB OTG adapter and an emulator on my Android smartphone called SNES9X EX+ and voila, an SNES system that can be played anywhere. Works great, and you can play any ROM you can find.Comment
