Outdoor Lighting Automation Help

So, I have landscape lighting running out of a Vista CTS-600 transformer/timer.

My goal is to have a set up that I can run off my phone/pad/pc using wifi or z wave, but I can't find jack on the internet.

Can I just just use a GE Z-Wave Wireless Lighting Control Outdoor Module with the transformer?

Any other options/setups anyone can recommend?

If it is rated for inductive loads yes. It would be appliance rated with 20amp contacts? I do my with X10 with an appliance module rated as such.
