Spy tool for PC ?

You will probably want to get a Keylogger. I can not think of any to recommend though, do not have enough experience with them. They will record all keystrokes and keep a text log of sites visited, some are more advanced and can take screenshots. All of which you can access when you use the same pc or you can have the logs emailed to you automatically.

Put PC in public area of house
Limit usage to specific times
Enable the PC BIOS password (can't boot without it)
Create a Windows user for kids to use that has limited rights (no install privileges)
