A friend got the SP4 and the dock to make use of an old monitor/keyboard/mouse. The dock has bad reviews on Amazon due to early software issues but it seems fine now and works as expected. I saw 1 issue where icons didn't resize properly when docked but it was a 1-time occurrence.

It works great with Office 2016, even with the type cover. Spreadsheets that choke up in tablets due to lack of CPU power have no issues here.

Streaming, it is 12" with a resolution higher than QHD (in between HD and 4K), probably as good as the best tablets as I haven't seen a 4K tablet that size.

If you're looking for a tablet/laptop combo and are willing to spend 4 figures, this thing is hard to beat. No OEM bloatware though there were some small apps you can uninstall.

It's expensive but if you buy sp4 or sb do not get the 1st tier produce, opt up and spend extra for better storage, speeds, and space.
Does the screen come off so you use it as a tablet?

Yes... and it works pretty well. The only "catch" is that if you get one of the Book's that has a dedicated GPU, the dedicated GPU only works when the screen and keyboard are attached as one laptop. When you're only using the "tablet portion", it makes use of the built-in graphics on the Intel chip.

Overall, it works pretty well... but the one I use for work has been prone to random shut downs and occasionally the touch screen stops working (although the trackpad generally keeps working). It does surprisingly well with some graphics/processor intensive programs that previously I had to use a workstation to run.
        Regarding the 2nd Amendment:
"...to disarm the people ― that was the best and most effectual way to enslave them." George Mason ("The Father of the Bill of Rights")

        Regarding Life and Death:
"Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." Matthew 10:28

The BIG question: "What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ?" Matthew 27:22b

They call it a clipboard rather than a tablet due to the weak battery power (2 hours) and weaker graphics card and gpu as mentioned above.

I don't use it that much as I use it more as a laptop.
