Recording a Video Chat on Skype

I was looking to get some software to record calls on Skype.

Some family is outside of the US and others are in the the US. So I am looking for something where Grand kids can record video calls to Grand Parents and have a long term recording.

I have googled Recording Skype and the software I find has mixed reviews.

So do any of you have any software that you would recommend?

Edit... make sure you are aware of the save-to location so you can move the chats you dont want others to see.
