Is there an updated driver you can try?

Did you try unplugging the cable and plugging back in?
Also try connecting this to a different PC to see if it gets recognize.

If you connect this to a different machine and the same message pops up most likely the storage drive is toasted. It could also be just a bad cable as well.

In device manager uninstall any device that is not functioning properly (with mass storage attached), shut off, remove storage device and reboot. Drivers will reinstall themselves and hopefully that will take care of it.

It ended up being a cheap card reader I bought from Walmart corrupted my drivers. Bought a good brand one, redid the drivers and it works,Thanks, but I'm still getting an error on my first 3.0 USB no matter what I use. I have 6 3.0 and 6 regular ones so it not that bad

Your first USB 3.0 port could be fried. It happens sometimes. I've seen overcurrent situations a little too frequently, sadly. It's especially devastating to Mac laptops, because the repair is a logic board replacement.
