No error codes, but the "working on it" power circle stayed on for a couple of hours, so I cancelled and tried again.

Took like 20 seconds and then the installation procedure started and went pretty smooth

I got the same thing and the MS link I found had 28 others with the same issue.
They wanted us to download a helper.
