Anyone else get they're search eng changed to Yahoo

So I open my home page (Firefox) type in Calguns thenthere it is, Yahoo has somehow downloaded itself to my become default search eng.

WTH, how do they do this crap, more importantly, how to get rid of it now ? or is restore now my only option ?

Well, you installed something, and as part of the installation process you saw - but did not pay attention to - a checkbox that said "yes! change my search provider to yahoo!" or something similar.

And, so, yeah - you did it yourself.

Pay closer attention next time.

Also delete the toolbar that you probably installed at the same time, and any others that you might have also installed.

firefox switched to use yahoo as default search engine long time ago... when was the last time you update your firefox?? you can switch it back to google
