It's an exact Simcity 5 clone, and worthy bastard child succesor to the Simcity games.
Maps are huge. Water and pollution and traffic physics make it very fun to play around. There's actually an objective now, it's unlocking system by growing your population.
Tons of mods already made for it on the workshop.
