Anyone order from USATAC in Torrance?

Placed an order with them last week for an APEX Sear for my M&P Shield. Got a shipping confirmation email on Friday the 30th showing a shipping label had been created but since then there has been no further tracking movement. I called USPS and they said the shipment had not been placed into their hands yet. Calling USATAC only gets me voicemail and so far, no response back. I've also emailed them and messaged them thru their website to no avail .

Wow you are eager. You haven't even given them 3 full business days to get the order out yet.

First time ordering with them so wasn't sure they were GTG or not. I figured getting the shipment notification on Friday that the order was shipped but when I spoke to USPS, they said they didn't show having received it yet. It's also kind of disconcerting when no one ever answers a phone call during their stated business hours over the course of a two day period, too. If it's not here by Thursday, guess it'll be time to worry as even First Class Mail should make it from SoCal to NorCal in two to three bus days.

I have not ordered anything but called to see if they had a store to visit since they are nearby. (No, it is a warehouse.)
A human did answer at 1:45 pm.

Well, finally found out the guy didn't hand off my package to USPS until today and it wont get to me until this Saturday - eight days after he basically said he had shipped an in-stock item out. That's totally unacceptable to me so USATAC goes on my list of companies to avoid.

First class mail in three days ? Your feeling lucky. Last month I ordered a
Item from San Diego to Torrance. Took 18 days priority mail. I asked the postal worker at the post office " don't you feel embarrassed " no response.

Yes you placed your order with us on Friday January 30th at 4:34 PM. We apologize that we couldn't get it out to you for our 5:00 PM Pickup on Friday January 30th. As you can see by the tracking information,the label was printed at 10:23 PM on January 30Th. That was also the time that you received shipping confirmation, 10:23 PM on January 30Th. Once again , apologies if we led you to believe that it had been processed in time to make it out, but it was Friday night. We were closed Saturday and Sunday. This was picked up on Monday with our 5:00 PM Outgoing. Looks like it was delivered on Friday February 6th. Thanks again for your order. We wish we could send everything FedEx 2 day , but on a 35 dollar item , its just not possible. And with free shipping indicated at check anything but First Class is cost prohibitive.

I ordered an apex flat trigger kit from them and the tracking just shows a label was created on 2/19/15. I emailed them and still no response.

I bought my APEX DCAEK from them. All went smooth, except I found it for cheaper AFTER I placed my order with them. It's all good though, I like keep patronize the local guys.

Shipping fast and so were the follow up emails to me to see if I was satisfied.
