Has anybody had and bad experiences with them? They seem to be giving me the run around. I'm getting the feeling it's a 1 man operation business.

I never had any issues. Ordered the wrong parts once a few months back for a gun my dad has out of state (I didn't know what exact part was the one to get and ended up being wrong) Got it handled easy.
They have been around for awhile and are pretty well known in the gun community for the parts they sell. Hopefully whatever issues get resolved.Last edited by xxINKxx; 02-03-2015, 2:56 PM."If a law is unjust, a man is not only right to disobey it, he is obligated to do so." - Thomas JeffersonComment

They took a long time to ship. But I got what I orderedsigpicComment

Ordered a bunch of rebuilds from them awhile back and everything came in, though shipping was alittle slower then normal but everything came in and worked fine. And by them giving you the run around, what have they done to make you feel like something's up? I'm not doubting you just wondering why you feel they are giving you the run around.Comment

First off, no confirmation email of my order. Then no tracking info, so I called them after a week after my order. Then he said it just shipped out. When finally arrived 1 of the 2 items was not the item I ordered. Called them again and was told I needed to ship the item back to them before they could ship me the correct one (as was their fault). Another week and a half passed no word or package yet. Called today and spoke with him and he stated the return package did not arrive to him yet, but he said he still didn't check all the returns yet. So he stated to email him to "remind him". Did that toady as well, and just received an email stating "shipping out today". Customer service is my issue I'm having. Small gripe about shipping cost as was charged $15 when arrived in a $5 flat rate box the first time.Comment

Thanks for posting an honest heads-up. I've seen a few things that I considered ordering from them. In the end, I found a similar line of products at CNC Warrior - and have always had outstanding customer service from them. The only time they ever goofed was a product ordered was mislabeled. They apologized and sent the correct product ahead of the pre-paid return shipping tag. Oh yeah - CNC Warrior charges for *actual* shipping and will send small items first-class when possible. None of that "padding profit" by overcharging delivery..First off, no confirmation email of my order. Then no tracking info, so I called them after a week after my order. Just curious, did they send you a pre-paid shipping tag to return the wrong part?Comment

He told me to "return to sender". After of course I opened the package and kept the 1 correct item. Ive ordered from them before. They missed one item in my order, but when I called them about it they shipped out the remaining item on their dime with no further hassle.
