Cheapest FFL Transfer in LA

Does anyone have a recommendation for a low cost FFL to do a transfer in of a gun I want to buy from impact guns?

What exactly are you trying to buy? Since off roster guns are banned and all long guns impact has would need a BB and are available in state I'm not sure why ud want to buy from them.....
