I have never initiated the feedback and don't know where to begin. How do I give begin the feedback. Please help.

Click on the iTrader rating of the person over on the right side of the banner of one of their posts. Then click on "Submit feedback for..." and fill in the blanks.

Click on someones iTrader number on the right, under the number of their posts, then look for "Submit Feedback for XXXXXXX" on the next page.

The trick is to obtain the URL for the transaction from the top of the computer.
Make sure to put something in each box.

Doesn't his rating of 2 means others rated him?
I think he is trying to give back.

Its kind of tricky at first. If you click the itrader by someones name it takes you to their itrader page. Then you can submit feedback from there. Just make sure you copy the url for the thread( its kind of hard to do on a phone though)

I remember it was a complete mystery to me, as well, when I first tried to use it.

It's weird enough I know I'll have some head-scratching before re-learning it again if I have to use it in the future.
