    Good post SuperSet...

At the end of the day, they all fill a very similar role and the end used experience is also somewhat similar even though the technology between them can vary greatly.

Eotech optics probably have the most unique user experience out of the bunch.

My best recommendation is to just go check them out in person OP... most of these optics are so popular you can find everything at a local brick and mortar store so its easy to come to your own conclusions to what is best for you.

Its all personal preference anyways, so get what works for you.

Just read the threads about optics on CG, I wasn't making it up. THAT is the CW.

And don't compare a $50 optic to a $500+ one. There is a difference, but for most non-operators, probably not worth the difference.

Anything optic has to be the worst in this mindset. Not just guns, but camera lens, telescopes, binocs; if it's got some glass in there, look out!

I know there's a difference, your the person stated if you want the best, get the most expensive one....but its only the name your paying for, that's what sells it not the actual product...my original question was just for some recommendation on a reflex, not a debate on why their expensive or what marketing strategies they employ. Thanks for the info I was able to pick out of your comments though it was given in a negative sarcastic manor.
