    A plug for Primary Arms

Ordered a Geissele trigger for my AR and the freakin post office lost the package even though they are telling me the package was delivered per the tracking number. No way, I was here every day waiting for it. I've opened up a claim and they said they are investigating but so far they have never called back. Very frustrating.

Called Primary Arms and they said no problem, they will Fed Ex a new one, no charge and no questions asked. Not to mention the fact that they were at least $30 cheaper on the trigger than anyone else.

They have a customer for life. Also, try to avoid USPS for weapon related packages. My neighbor reports the same incident several times. Someone at the post office may have sticky fingers.

+1 Never had an issue with them.

P.S. OP, don't expect USPS to do much regarding the investigation. They've opened one or two for us as well, never heard back from them.

great that Primary Arms is giving you such impressive customer service. i've had a few strange things happen when i've had a temporary mail delivery guy, but my regular gal has been fantastic over the years.

Primary Arms is legit. Their CEO came on here, there was a thread complaining about one of their red dots breaking. The guy with the broken red dot was disappointed, and people were chiming in.

CEO says, "I'll send you a shipping label with envelope to return the broken optic and I'll send you a new one free of charge. We want to see why it broke and fix the problem."

Guy knows how to do business, that's all I gotta say.

I've got nothing bad to say about them. I've got several of their products that have had no issues requiring customer service, but then there was my FTS magnifier mount ...

I broke it through my own stupidity and failure to RTFM, and Marshall sent me a new one, declining to accept my money for either the replacement or even the shipping.

              I'm a big fan.

That might have been me. Turned out that they sent me a new style battery, and all was well.

                  PA is GTG! +1 recommend.

I've ordered many times from them.
Good prices and good customer service.

But...they will not draw requested pictures on the outside of shipping boxes.

Primary Arms is the best. I buy from them before anyone else.

The same thing happened to me with a red dot. I think something funny is going on at the Post office. We'll probably hear about it in a few years on Fox news and emails from the anti-gun Obama administration will dissapear from USPS servers.

I've sent them a couple of emails, asking for suggestions. They got back to me that day or a day later with good advice.

PA is my GTG list. Their price might not be the best on everything. But most of their pricing is very decent! and their shipping is fast!
