Anyone at shot show see this stuff? I heard they were going to reveal some stuff at the show.

    here's what i found on OCG's blog site... http://www.osagecountyguns.com/blog/...o-optics-line/

I saw them today at the show. They're definitely nice, but not enough for me to feel compelled to rush home and order them after the show.

Thus far I haven't seen anything that I'm really excited about. We debuted our new .458 Socom rifles at the range day and put well over 50 pounds of lead downrange 300 grains at a time, so I didn't have a ton of time, but I had the opportunity to check out a few of the other booths.

Kimber has some beautiful new pistols, which will not be CA legal of course, as well as a brand new 4" threaded bull barrel and suppressor sights for states that allow such things. Their Sapphire finish is just as good or better in person than it is in the pictures you've all seen.

Walther has a definite winner in that new CCP. It's small, comfortable, has nice sights, a good trigger, and the recoil is very light. That's the one of only two guns I shot here that I'm willing to jump through hoops to acquire one.

Geissele's new AK trigger is pretty good. I'm not a huge fan of their stuff, but it definitely improves the trigger control on an AK.

    I didn't see much at S&W that I hadn't handled before.

HK cerakoted some pistols and brought some VP9s to shoot.

That double barrel KSG style pump is as fun looking as you would expect, but at $1300 and exclusively from Cheaper Than Dirt most people I talked to said they would pass.

One of the big winners that I saw was Century. They brought out a nice HK91 clone with a price point under $799. I was easily hitting the steel plates at 150-175 yards with open sights. Their best offering though was by far the Canik TP9SA. The gun was comfortable to hold, low recoil, had a slide top decocker, 18 round magazines with ambi release, decent sights, and a trigger very similar to a Walther PPQ, perhaps even better. After decocking the slide needed to be retracted a mere half centimeter or so to be ready to fire again. The trigger was good enough that I was able to consistently hit steel plates at 50-100 yards. All in all it was one of my favorites that day. And MSRP is under $450 with 2 mags and a holster if I recall correctly. I would have purchased one that day if they were allowed to sell them.

Sure the majority of them are drunk idiots that some of us do business with or send our guns to, but there's also quite a few new products on there (which is how I snagged the Surefire XC1 pics in the other thread).

Anyone see MKS Supply's M1 carbine replica? Sounds great, American made and faithful replica of the original.

I'm impressed with magpul. New Remington 700 stock (in the 250$ range) with their own detachable mags (34$) all the new ak stuff, glock mags. They are pumping out a bunch of good stuff.

Besides the Surefire XC1 that has most people salivating for, I'm interested to see what's up with their new Titan keychain flashlights.... especially the Titan Plus.

I guess you can get 300 lumens out of a single AAA battery. That would be impressive if they're using an 1.5V alkaline battery and not a 3V li-on 10440 battery, while keeping the flashlight the size of a iTP A3 or Fenix LD01 (which already put out around 250-ish lumens with a 10440).
