    oc firearms does it again.

Damn these guys are awesome. Why cant every gun store have the same customer service.

I picked up a ppk a while back but they just closed. They open up the shop and release the gun to me even though they were shut down. Today I do a transfer but the gun doesnt have a case. The guy behind the counter stops me points to a stack of range bags tells me to grab one on the house.

I hope this shop never changes. Awesome group of guys I have a few shops much closer but I take the 40 min drive just to make sure that they get my business.

Good to hear, I'll try them out for my next gun purchase. Only thing is, their website needs some work, its hard to find things on there sometimes

The type of place I like to do business with. I'll pay them a visit.

I did a PPT there a few months ago. The two guys working there were great. I ended up getting there 15 minutes early. One of the guys was unloading his truck, while the other was setting up shop. Both dropped everything they were doing, greeted me, and asked what they could help me with. I told them that I was there to DROS a handgun. They brought it out, etc. 15 minutes later I was out the door.
Same situation when I picked it up. Dropped what they were doing, helped another customer and myself simultaneously...which is impressive since we were both happy with the service, and got us both out within 30 minutes.

Wasn't my experience back in April. I showed up shortly after they opened and there was one guy in front of me and 2 people working.

I ended up waiting 40 minutes before being helped, though they did drop everything when someone came to work on Steve's vehicle.

                  Sounds like things have changed.

Good shop. I've been going to Steve since he was working as a kitchen table FFL. Good service.
